Congratulations to our MA Writing student, Benjamin Titmus, whose poem ‘The droplet soaked window…’ finished runner-up in the Poetry Book Society's Student Poetry Competition.
The Poetry Book Society Student Poetry Competition was judged by award-winning poet Daljit Nagra, on behalf of the Poetry Book Society - which was founded in 1953 by TS Elliot.

Benjamin Titmus, currently studying MA Writing in Birmingham City University’s School of English, was an undergraduate at the School before continuing his studies on the postgraduate course.
From this year onwards, students following the same route, from an undergraduate degree at the University to MA Writing, can now get up to 20 percent off their course fee.
