Sausage Casserole

  • ½ of one large potato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 sausages
  • 4 tablespoons of Tomato and Basil sauce



Vegetable rice

  • 1 cup of brown rice

  • 2 cups of water
  • Chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)
