Centre for Brexit Studies Researcher David Hearne has shared his thoughts and views on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Test and Trace system, which kicks off in England and Scotland today.
With the aim of the system to lift blanket lockdown restrictions and move towards localised, targeted measures, David discussed if we could expect lockdown depending on the area you like in the coming weeks.
