Industry experts discuss No Deal Brexit, Boris Johnson and impact on West Midlands

Experts joined forces at the Centre for Brexit Studies' Brexit Breakfast event last week to share their knowledge, thoughts and views around a No Deal Brexit, Boris Johnson’s premiership so far, the impact on West Midlands businesses and the local economy, as well as what we can expect after October 31.

The event, which took place at Birmingham City University, was hosted by Dr Jacob Salder, Research Fellow in the Centre for Enterprise Innovation and Growth at Birmingham City University.

The panel members included Steve McCabe MP, Labour MP for Birmingham Selly Oak, and Dr Arantza Gomez Arana, Lecturer in Social Sciences at Birmingham City University and Research Fellow at the Centre for Brexit Studies.

Other panel members included Phil Bennion, Liberal Democrats MEP for the West Midlands and Henrietta Brealey, Director of Policy and Strategic Relationships at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and lead on all the Chamber’s Brexit activity.
