HND lecturers feature in Narrative Jewellery book

Two academics from HND Jewellery and Silversmithing, Programme Leader Dauvit Alexander and Senior Lecturer Jo Pond, feature in a new book on narrative jewellery available to buy now.

Featuring 450 full-colour photos and 241 of the world’s foremost narrative jewellery makers, this book showcases the best of what today’s makers, ranging from the newly graduated students to the luminaries of the jewellery world have to offer us: jewellery that’s designed to evoke a range of thoughts and feelings.

The author, Mark Fenn, is a maker and curator of narrative jewellery. He has been making for over 30 years and holds a degree in silversmithing and jewellery design from the University of the Creative Arts UK. His work has been shown widely, including at Christies and Goldsmiths.
