Dr Monica Ingber is a senior lecturer in law. She completed her PhD in political science and international relations at Keele University in 2013. Her PhD monograph, ‘The Politics of Conflict: Transubstantiatory Violence in Iraq,’ was nominated for the C.B. Macpherson Book Prize in 2016. Dr Ingber has a qualifying law degree from The University of Law and an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. She is an interdisciplinary researcher whose main focus is on gender justice and reparations for the commission of mass atrocity. Dr Ingber is able to support PhD candidates within any of her areas of expertise.
