Birmingham City Engineering Festival is now in its second year, after a successful launch in 2017. We are celebrating engineering in the city with a series of events and workshops. The day will start with our Magic of Engineering show, and then groups will take part in hands-on activities. Year 9/10 learners will learn about civil engineering, renewable energy, biomedical engineering, and virtual reality. Year 12 groups will build pendulum-powered cars, with a competition and prizes awarded at the end.
