What is special about 2021?

This year we have the amazing opportunity to host the NASA Space Apps Challenge, which will take place between the 2nd and 3rd of October 2021. Space Apps challenge is the largest global hackathon on earth, with this year marking ten years of this annual hackathon (hosted by NASA). Participants will solve challenges that will echo the theme of this year’s Space App challenge, “The Power of Ten”. Birmingham Open Hack will also present other small challenges and will be held entirely online, with participants using their own laptop/PC to participate. You can sign up here.

Who should attend?

Anyone who lives in the Birmingham area is invited to attend this event. If you want to develop and utilise digital skills for an exciting project for NASA then please sign up and get involved.
