RBC Wind Orchestra is delighted to welcome back David Gordon Shute to conduct what promises to be a really memorable concert, featuring both the UK première of the “Heritage” euphonium concerto by the brilliant young American composer Anthony Barfield [pictured left] (featuring 4th year RBC student Stephen Parker [pictured right]), and the world première of a new work by RBC composition student Elina Sidartha. These will feature alongside epic works by titans of the movie world, including John Williams and Howard Shore.
