Will is now in his fourth and final year at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where he has been developing both as a soloist and an orchestral player. He has studied for five years with renowned horn pedagogue Simon de Souza and taken lessons in orchestral playing with CBSO's Jeremy Bushell for the previous two.
After many years involved with opera and symphony orchestra projects at the Conservatoire and beyond, he recently made his professional debut in West Side Story at Birmingham Hippodrome. Will's ambitions lie ultimately in the opera house, and he hopes to continue his studies to a postgraduate level on the continent to achieve this goal.
