Trombonist Mark Nightingale

In the build up to the British Trombone Society weekend on 29 and 30 October, we have managed to get trombone virtuoso and eminent jazz musician Mark Nightingale to guest with Hammond Organ legend Ross Stanley. Mark will have been rehearsing with our Jazz Orchestra during the day and so we are capitalising on him being around to host this one off gig. Mark is originally from Birmingham so it’s great to offer this now international star a gig in his home town. After Ross and Mark’s set, students from RBC Jazz department present their own Hammond Organ configurations to close the evening.
