Rupture explore the relationship between visual and sonic art forms. Exploring shapes, images, lines, textures and structure, they bring the visual into sonic life.
Following this, Ethel, a 10-piece ensemble of classical and jazz players, perform a work that draws from contemporary classical composition, as well as aspects of jazz and rock. It is a piece, written by a composer yet shaped by the players who hail from diverse musical backgrounds.
