In this second part of our New Forms series, Birmingham New Music are thrilled to share six new commissions receiving their world premiere.
New Forms is a dedicated platform to commission composers within the conservatoire to write for traditional and newly emerging instrumental groups. In this concert we have three incredible chamber groups performing pieces about sheep, avoiding comparing yourself to others, overthinking, and birdsong.
Come along and hear the breadth of creative innovation and variety to be found within the composition department.
