Better late than never! Almost a year after the Cecil Aronowitz International Competition was meant to take place in November 2020, we are proud and ecstatic to present the third iteration of this magnificent celebration of young viola talent from across the globe. Two postponements, oceans of re-invention and plenty of tenacity have got us here.

This concert serves as Round 4, the Final Round of this competition. It is the culmination of a week of inspiring performances given by 24 young violists from across the world. We are immensely grateful to the Cecil Aronowitz International Viola Competition Jury for their wisdom and openness - Matthew Jones, Garth Knox and Thomas Riebl.

Unfortunately, this concert is the only event in the competition for which we are able to invite the public to witness in person. However, all the competition rounds will be live streamed for free on www.facebook.com/caivcf.
