Online retailer Lounge Underwear is committed to supporting the local community and working with local universities to support student talent.

In recent years the Solihull-based company has allowed BCU students to secure graduate-level roles and year-long internships.

Students have been on site visits to Lounge Underwear’s headquarters, where they presented their strategic marketing ideas to senior management. Students have also worked on live campaign briefs such as International Women’s Day.

"What a wonderful partnership we have with BCU. After working alongside the students and employees for a few years now, it's safe to say they are a talented bunch of people that are a credit to the University. Thank you for all your support, hard work and innovative ideas you bring to every brief we collaborate on. We're excited to continue building on our already strong relationship."

Georgia Perry, Head of People at Lounge

As a result of the University collaborating with Lounge Underwear, students have had access to graduate roles and received valuable advice and guidance from the retailer’s team through BCU’s ‘Meet the Employer’ events.
