You will also have the chance to meet our graduates, who are now professional artists, film-makers, illustrators, curators, teachers, project managers and designers.

Some graduates continue to work with us as Artists in Residence, or participate in professional development schemes we have helped establish at Eastside Projects and the New Art Gallery Walsall.

The latest figures show 99% of students from the Birmingham School of Art are in work (83%) or further study (16%). To achieve this you must be highly motivated, confident and articulate.

All of our courses emphasise critical analysis, debate, creative risk, imagination, speculation and presentation. Students also discover that study can be fun and work is positively rewarding.
