The Jeff Williams/Clark Tracey Project

Jeff and Clark are two internationally revered performers and band leaders, very much part of the jazz tradition and today's scene - as well as committed teachers on the jazz programme at Birmingham Conservatoire.

For this one-off concert, Jeff and Clark present and perform a set each with a student band especially put together by them.

Their choice of material and concept reflects their profound understanding and awareness of the music. Both musicians are renowned for a willingness to experiment and work with the younger generation, and this special concert is evidence of the living art form that is jazz.
