The Coppice
The Coppice is home to 432 students and consists of six-bedroom flats containing a shared kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms. It is located off Wellhead Lane, directly opposite the City North campus and within easy travelling distance of the city centre.
Within each flat there is a shower cubicle, toilet and a bath with overhead shower. The kitchen contains a cooker, a microwave, a fridge freezer, and a dining table and chairs.
All rooms have a private telephone and an Ethernet connection to our data network, allowing you to access both internal and internet-based resources. All rooms are double glazed.

Adapted accommodation
There are eight wheelchair-accessible rooms here and two further accessible rooms with adjoining rooms for carers. All these rooms are in flats and have accessible kitchens and bathrooms. We also offer eight rooms adapted for deaf students.
Local amenities
There are three cafés, a convenience store, two bars and a hairdresser on campus. The site is only a short walk from a large shopping centre and supermarkets, with bus stops and a train station next to the campus.
