University Locks - 2017/18
University Locks is located in Birmingham City Centre. It is just a two-minute walk away from our City Centre Campus. The accommodation only opened in 2016 so all appliances and facilities are brand new and have only been used by one set of tenants previous to 2017/18 students.
The bright and airy rooms are fully furnished. Being at the heart of our city centre University Locks is perfect if you want to live close to campus as well as the city-living feeling. Security is important and in addition to 24-hour CCTV, security officers are on duty out of office hours and there is a secure door entry system. En suite bedrooms (three-eight bedroom flats). Each comes with a shared kitchen and lounge/dining area and a TV.
Two bedroom flats are available at University Locks. Each comes with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area and a TV. We also have some adapted and accessible accommodation for students with physical and sensory impairments.

The lifts, stairwells and landings in each apartment are cleaned by contracted staff. However, cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the residents.
