Just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, Curzon Gateway is convenient for students based at the City Centre Campus, who are looking to live in the centre of Birmingham but have a bit of distance between themselves and the University. The rooms are grouped into four, five or six-bedroom flats, which means you share a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with fellow residents.
As well as the shared space in each flat, you can also take advantage of the common room on the ground floor, which has wide screen TV, comfortable sofas and a pool table. Security is important and in addition to 24-hour CCTV, reception is open Monday to Friday (8am to 8pm) and Saturday (9am to 5pm). Outside of these periods we have roaming security.

You are responsible for cleaning your own room and shared living areas, and are expected to buy your own cleaning products. We provide each flat with a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board. We also provide you with a communal clean every two weeks which is free of charge.
