Working with Media & Industry
The Birmingham School of Media has earned recognition for its work within the media industry, being an accredited Skillset Media Academy, and uses its links locally and globally to collaborate with businesses in a number of different ways.
Strong links with industry inform our teaching and the courses we offer, helping us to produce strong, business-focussed media professionals.
Student Placements
Students on the BA Media and Communication students are required to seek work experience in the first and second years of their degree. Many of our students find work within the same company after graduation.
