Flash for Media Teachers
Course Overview
This course will give you the fundamentals to be able to teach students the basics of web animation and Flash-based websites using the industry-standard software, Adobe Flash.
Professional media software, such as Flash, can demand a deep level of understanding, and this course has been shaped to allow Media Teachers to utilise this often complex and powerful application in the classroom.
This course forms an introduction to using Adobe Flash. You will gain an understanding of the Flash interface, a practical knowledge of using the timeline and layers, how to create web banners and apply the animation tools. You will be taught how to make movie clips, buttons and actions to control a website, as well as exporting a movie for the web or stand alone use.
