Gamer Camp
Gamer Camp provides intensive training in game development for wannabe gamemakers at our NTI Birmingham facilities, before providing participants with the resources to create their own games over a set time period.
There are three strands to Gamer Camp; Nano, Mini and Pro, each with a varying course duration, cost and development platform; providing a real-life simulation of the game development process.
Each course includes backing and tuition from the likes of Sony, Microsoft, Rare, Codemasters and Blitz Games Studios, and has separate pathways for games artists and programmers.
General entry requirements
- Programmers need to know C or C++
- Artists need to supply a portfolio, and have a working knowledge of ZBrush, Creative Suite, or similar.
- A degree is not essential
