Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct
Terms and Conditions of Booking
- No payment will be taken from a credit card, nor will a cheque be presented to the bank, until confirmation of a place on a course has been issued.
- Birmingham City University does not accept responsibility for any loss arising from cancellation of any course. If, for reasons beyond our control, it is necessary to cancel a course that has already commenced, we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements.
- Birmingham City University reserves the right, in every case, to amend prices, to change dates or to cancel courses. The running of the promoted courses is dependent upon adequate trainee enrolment and attendance. In this event the trainee will be offered an alternative course, date or a full refund.
- If a student wishes to cancel a booking, cancellation is effective from the date that written notification of cancellation – either by letter or by email to alexa.torlo@bcu.ac.uk, from the student’s parent or guardian is received by our offices. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before the start of the course, the balance of fees (the parent and school contributions) must be made in full.
- All refunds will take at least 30 days and will be in the form of a cheque. Please note that we cannot refund back onto credit, debit or Switch cards.
- By submitting this form you are in acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All bookings are subject to offer of places.
