Lifelong Learning
Birmingham Conservatoire is a DigiDesign sponsored school and offers accredited and non-accredited training in ProTools software. We also run several short courses for musicians looking to gain new skills in other areas of music technology or composition, such as MaxMSP, Recording, Mastering, Digital DJ'ing and Composing. Additionally, our occasional Continuing Professional Development events provide a vehicle for music teachers to top up or diversify their own professional skills. Information about these events is normally distributed through the Music Service network and available in our Concert Diary.
At the other end of the spectrum, regular education projects, such as our Brass Explosion! events and our Lower Strings Days for all-comers, are a great way to get playing, meet new people and learn music together. Look out for these events in our online calendar.
