You can pay deposits and your course fees in a number of ways. Please be aware that the University only accepts payment in Pounds Sterling. The Euro is not an accepted currency in the UK.
Bank to bank transfer
When paying by Bank to Bank transfer:
- Set up the transaction with your bank to pay direct to the University’s bank account. Remember to ask your bank to quote your application number (as given on offer letter) and your full name on the transfer.
- After you have made your payment please complete all details under Section 1 – 3 of this form and FAX a copy to our Cash Management section within Finance on + 44 (0) 121 331 6349. Once your payment has been received in our bank account we will send you a receipt.
Download a copy of the 'Notification of Payment by Bank to Bank Transfer' document.
All payments to the University must be in pounds sterling. You are required to meet all bank changes relating to the transfer.
Please be aware that it can take 2-3 weeks for us to trace your payment if no student number is quoted.
If your course start date is within 8 weeks, this method of payment may not be the fastest for you. Instead you can pay either by bank draft or personal cheque as this enables us to process the payment more quickly and issue your CAS number.
Please do not transfer money for your living costs; you should only send tuition fees and accommodation fees to us. However, if you do send us extra money it will be refunded to you but this can take some time.
All transfers must be made payable to:
