The Professional Practice and Organisational Development theme covers research about health and social care policy, organisational learning and development in the workplace.
We have several major research projects dedicated to the needs of specific populations and client groups.
Our focus is on the understanding and development of both the processes of care, including evidence based practice, and development of organisations and teams to deliver best quality care.
