Most of the people we film are service users or service providers and are not trained actors. To help ensure a more natural delivery of scripts to camera, we often use a teleprompter system. The teleprompter sits in front of the camera and allows the actors to read their lines while looking to camera. The teleprompter means that learning lines is less important and helps reduce anxiety among the people being filmed. This also shortens the production time and promotes higher quality and more engaging video.
