Kate uses drawing and printmaking processes as well as digital software to develop commercial design work for diverse projects. Recently she has been commissioned by London Transport Museum to produce four posters on the theme of Parks and Gardens for London underground. She has created bespoke patterns for the Barbican Centre and David Mellor Design as well as public art projects, for example artwork on a hospital roof in Birmingham and public conveniences in Essex. Kate has also collaborated with companies such as Formica and The Window Film Company to enable her designs to be available on a range of surface materials, recently winning gold at the House Beautiful awards 2017 for window film collection in the best home improvement product category.

Kate has launched her own ranges of products including wallpaper, fabrics and giftware, working with British manufacturers and create unique artworks exhibited in galleries.

With an MA in Book Art and a BA in Printed Textiles & Surface Design Kate enjoys the diverse opportunities her skills and interests enable her to take on.
