Sally Read
Sally Read has published three collections of poetry, The Point of Splitting, Broken Sleep, and The Day Hospital, all with Bloodaxe Books. Her work has been recorded for The Poetry Archive , and her poems have been anthologized in Roddy Lumsden’s “Identity Parade” (2010), “The Picador Book of Love Poems” (2011), and “Poems of the Decade” (2011), among others. A selection of her poetry, translated into Italian by Andrea Sirotti and Loredana Magazzeni is out with La Vita Felice. Her articles have appeared in The Tablet, and she is poet in residence of The Hermitage of the Three Holy Hierarchs.
