Ishver is a Technologist in the School of Engineering, Design and Manufacturing Systems.
Ishver had laboratory technician training at Aston University for 3 years and then worked in pharmaceutical department for 2 years (1979-84), he was a quality control technician at B. Mason Sons Ltd ( non ferrous manufacturers) for 7 years (1983-1990) and a Laboratory Technician with Birmingham Polytechnic, formally University Central England (UCE) and now BCU.
