Professor Chris Edger has had another book published; his ninth examining and outlining leadership excellence in branded, multi-site and franchised contexts.
His latest book, ‘Courageous Coaching – Using the BUILD-RAISE Model (A Practical Guide for Leader-Coaches)’, outlines how managers – acting in leader-coach capacities – can quickly RAISE self-awareness and BUILD accountability amongst their subordinates using his unique BUILD-RAISE coaching framework.
Its straightforward style – incorporating multiple questions and ‘reframing’ techniques – gives managers the coaching skills to courageously coach their people; shifting mindsets, reframing perspectives and stimulating positive behaviours.
In a departure from his previous books, this book is available to purchase in e-book, mobile and app formats to enable managers to store it on their phones and tablets.
His next book (co-written with Richard Oddy) entitled ‘Events Management – Essential Models and Case Studies for Event, Venue and Experience (EVE) Managers’ – accompanying their new BA Event, Venue and Experience degree launching next year – is out in June 2018.
