Biography

Olinga Taeed retired from a successful private sector career nearly a decade ago in his 40’s. In 2011 he was appointed as Professor in Social Enterprise at University of Northampton and Impact Investment Advisor to the Big Society UK government sponsored think tank.

Olinga developed the Social Earnings Ratio, which by 2014 was reported by Vatican press to be “the fastest adopted social impact metric in the world”.

In 2013 he established the Centre for Citizenship, Enterprise and Governance, the leading independent think tank on the Movement of Value. By August 2016 CCEG had over 50,000 members including 6,600 heads of CSR of the world’s largest companies and 2000 politicians.

CCEG has received more than 100 commissions on value metrics, and in January 2015 established a university spin-out Seratio which operates over 10 SaaS platforms; Seratio is the largest provider of metrics underpinning the  Social Value Act 2012 and Modern Slavery Act 2015.
