About the School of Jewellery
The internationally renowned School of Jewellery is located in a multi-award-winning building in the heart of the city’s famous Jewellery Quarter.
The School was founded in 1890 and is today the largest school of jewellery in Europe. It offers a contemporary environment with a complex array of workshops in addition to outstanding atrium gallery space.
The School provides the perfect place in which to learn and study, using a wide variety of precious and non-precious metals, gems and materials.
It offers a full programme covering all aspects of jewellery, silversmithing, horology and gemmology.
The School enjoys a working relationship with companies such as Cartier – London, Georg Jensen – Denmark, and Weston Beamor in the Jewellery Quarter.
The Jewellery Quarter still makes much of the jewellery made in Britain today, giving students maximum exposure to the industry before graduation.
