Sally is currently Director of Midwifery Policy and Practice at the Royal College of Midwives supporting delivery of the professional association agenda locally, nationally and internationally. A senior leader with over 30 years’ midwifery and healthcare expertise across a wide range of settings in strategic, operational and clinical roles, Sally is passionate about developing midwifery education, practice and leadership to facilitate delivery of consistently safe, high quality and compassionate care.

Richard Gill CBE
CEO of the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATPL),
Richard has made a significant contribution in his almost 30 years’ working in education. A respected National Leader of Education and Trust Leader, Richard sits on a number of expert advisory groups for the Department for Education (DfE), working closely with Ministers and senior officials. Richard was awarded the CBE in the Queens honours list (2020) for services to education.
