Annual Review 2012/13

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Birmingham City University’s Annual Review for 2012/13.

This marks a particularly momentous period for me, as it coincided with my own arrival as Vice-Chancellor.

Professor Cliff Allan, Vice-Chancellor

This review shows our commitment to practice-based teaching and student engagement, our high-profile work in the field of research and knowledge sharing, our investment in and support of the city of Birmingham, and our growing international profile.

We’re also delighted to be able to share the stories of some of our award- winning students, successful graduates and inspirational academics. Thank you for your continued interest in the University and I hope that we will continue to enjoy your support over the coming years.
