The 48th Annual International Conference of the Associated Schools of Construction will be hosted by Birmingham City University in the heart of England, the first time the Conference has been hosted outside the USA.

The conference aims to stimulate and facilitate international cooperation and information exchange for the development and advancement of construction education, where the sharing of ideas and knowledge inspires, guides and promotes excellence in curricula, teaching, research and service.

The dynamics and structure of the higher education sector across the globe is being tested to react and respond to an increasing mobile population and a globalised industry. This conference will provide a significant opportunity to influence and inform the direction of the internationalisation related to developing, delivering, leading, shaping or managing built environment education and research.
